HOW I TACKLED THE PROJECT
Brief
I was tasked with kickstarting the marketing for the Market District Townhomes development.
I worked with developers, real-estate companies and architects to get the information required to build a website, begin generating leads, set up social media channels and ultimately move the project forwards from it’s early stages.
In addition, I put together a brief marketing strategy for the project’s launch.
Deliverables
In addition to designing and building a new website for the partners involved in this project, I created graphics, wrote copy and project managed various aspects in the early-marketing phases.

Results
Once the website was built, the site quickly began generating leads. While the actual construction of the Market District Townhomes is still in progress, there is already a significant amount of interest in the project. The website has contributed toward raising awareness of the project and cementing the brand of the new townhomes.
