Deliverables

As part of a completed project, I delivered a proposal that was then submitted and which subsequently beat out other competitors. St. Clair Properties was awarded sole management of the project which would be rolled out over the next couple of years and which would result in substantial long-term business for the client. Since then I have continue to work with the company, editing, writing and occasionally working on other projects including social media, contracts, editing and writing requests, and a rent study.
